What's inside it
The Open Door is a monthly relationship, not a one-off. Here's what's in it every month.
- 1 Two thirty-minute check-ins, on a standing rhythm we set together. Same time, twice a month, so you always know it's coming and you can bring what's on your mind. This is where the accountability lives. You know I'm paying attention, and you know I'll ask.
- 2 Access to me between check-ins. The quick questions, the gut-checks, the "which tool should I use," the "can you look at this before I send it." You reach out, I answer. You're not saving it all up or figuring it out alone.
- 3 Ideas, made real. You've got the vision. I've got the how. We think together, and I help you turn the idea into the thing that actually runs.
- 4 Me knowing your business. The longer we work together, the less you have to explain. That's the whole point. Decisions get faster because I already know your context.
When something turns into a full build, a new website, a system from the ground up, a big operational project, that's its own thing, and I'll quote it separately and plainly. The Open Door is the ongoing relationship. The bigger builds are their own work when they come up.
It renews on its own each month, so nothing lapses and you never have to re-up. If you need to step away, all I ask is thirty days' notice, so we can close things out cleanly.
I keep this to a small handful of women at a time, on purpose. Going deep means I can't go wide. That's what makes it what it is.
