Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 1, 2026

Hey Wendi is a clarity-based business operated by Sasstastic Life LLC d/b/a Hey Wendi (“we,” “our,” or “Hey Wendi”). We respect your privacy. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect from you, how we use it, how we protect it, and what choices you have.

If something here isn’t clear, email [email protected]. We’ll do our best to answer honestly.

1. What we collect

We only collect what we need to do the work we’re here to do. Here’s what that looks like in practice.

Information you give us directly

* Your name, email address, and (optionally) phone number when you book a session, submit an inquiry, fill out a contact form, or join a waitlist

* The content of any messages you send through our website forms or by email

* Your mailing address, if you choose to share it (for handwritten note follow-ups or shipped workshop materials)

* Payment information processed by Stripe when you book a Done Being Fine session or pay for The Clarity Room or The Whole Picture (we do not store full credit card numbers ourselves — Stripe handles that)

* Workshop participant information you share with us when you book The Whole Picture (names, shipping addresses, group size)

Information collected automatically

* Basic technical information like your IP address, browser type, and device type when you visit our website

* How you interact with our emails (whether they were opened or links were clicked) via our email platform

Information from third-party tools we use

* Kinflow (a white-labeled Go High Level platform) stores your contact information, conversation history, and any forms you submit through our site

* Stripe processes your payments and provides us with transaction records

* Zoom is used for video sessions; Zoom may collect its own information per Zoom’s privacy policy

* Voxer is used for client communication in The Clarity Room; Voxer may collect its own information per

Voxer’s privacy policy

WHAT WE DON'T DO

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever.

We do not run advertising or remarketing pixels on our website.

We do not share your information with marketing companies, data brokers, or third-party advertisers.

2. How we use what we collect

We use your information for these specific purposes:

* To deliver the services you book or inquire about (sessions, ongoing support, workshops), including shipping workshop materials and sending appropriate follow-up communications after a workshop

* To communicate with you about your bookings, sessions, payments, and inquiries

* To send you the small number of automated emails that go with the services you’ve signed up for (booking confirmations, reminders, post-session notes, welcome emails for ongoing offers)

* To ship workshop materials when you book The Whole Picture

* To improve how we work — for example, if we notice a form is broken or an email is bouncing

* To respond to your questions if you reach out

* To send you a personal handwritten note if you’ve shared your mailing address

* To comply with legal requirements (taxes, financial records, etc.)

If we ever want to use your information for something materially different from these purposes, we’ll ask you first.

3. How long we keep your information

We keep your information only as long as it’s useful for the purposes above, or as required by law:

* Client records (intake forms, session notes, payment records): kept for the duration of our working relationship plus 7 years after, to meet tax and legal record-keeping requirements

* Inquiry submissions that don’t become clients: kept for 12 months, then deleted unless you ask us to remove them sooner

* Waitlist signups: kept until you unsubscribe or the launch you signed up for has happened

* Email communications: kept indefinitely in our Kinflow inbox unless you ask us to delete them

4. Who we share information with

We share your information only with the people and tools we need to do the work.

Specifically:

* Our service providers (Kinflow/Go High Level, Stripe, Zoom, Voxer, our email service, our shipping carrier for workshop materials)

* Professional advisors (our accountant, our attorney) when relevant to managing the business

* Legal authorities if required by law, court order, or subpoena

None of these parties are authorized to use your information for their own marketing purposes.

5. How we protect your information

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

* Secure platforms (Kinflow, Stripe, Zoom) that handle data with industry-standard encryption

* Strong, unique passwords on our business accounts

* Limited access — only Wendi and her trusted operations partner (Abby, who manages the Kinflow platform) have access to client data

* Workshop participant information is collected for the purpose of delivering the specific workshop you've attended. After the workshop, we may send a single follow-up email to each participant inviting her to continue the conversation if she chooses. We do not add workshop participants to ongoing marketing lists or newsletters, and we will not contact a participant repeatedly unless she initiates further communication with us.

* We can’t promise that any system is 100% secure. No business can. But we take real care.

6. A note for workshop participants

If you attended a Hey Wendi workshop (The Whole Picture) because your host booked it for your group, here’s exactly how we handle your information:

* Your name and shipping address are collected by your host and shared with us so we can mail your workshop materials (a QLife Map and a 9Grid notebook)

* After the workshop, we may send you a single follow-up email inviting you to continue the conversation if you choose. That email lands in your inbox once, with no automated sequence behind it.

* We do not add workshop participants to ongoing marketing lists or newsletters.

* We will not contact you repeatedly unless you reply or otherwise reach out to us first.

* If you’d prefer not to receive even the single follow-up email, just let your host know or email [email protected] before the workshop — we’ll honor your preference.

7. Your rights and choices

You have the right to:

* Know what information we have about you (just email and ask)

* Correct any information that’s wrong (just email and tell us)

* Ask us to delete your information (we’ll do it, except where we’re legally required to keep records)

* Opt out of any marketing communications (every email has an unsubscribe link)

* Ask us to stop processing your information (we’ll honor reasonable requests)

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We respond to all reasonable requests within 30 days.

7. Note for California residents

If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you specific rights:

* The right to know what personal information we collect about you and what we do with it

* The right to request deletion of your personal information

* The right to opt out of the “sale” of your personal information (we don’t sell anyway, so this is automatic)

* The right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights

To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. We will not charge you for making a request and will not treat you differently for making one.

8. Note for EU/UK residents

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR give you additional rights, including:

* The right to access, correct, or erase your personal data

* The right to restrict or object to how we process your data

* The right to data portability (a copy of your data in a usable format)

* The right to withdraw consent at any time

* The right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

* The legal basis for our processing of your data is one or more of: (a) your consent, (b) the performance of a contract with you (such as delivering a coaching session you’ve booked), (c) our legitimate interests in operating our business, and (d) compliance with legal obligations.

To exercise these rights, email [email protected].

9. Children’s privacy

Hey Wendi’s services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please contact [email protected] and we’ll delete it.

10. Cookies and tracking

Our website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies to make it work properly. These include:

* Necessary cookies that make the website function (form submissions, payment processing, session management)

* Analytics cookies (if used) that help us understand how visitors use the site, in aggregate form only

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, but some forms may not function correctly.

11. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top and, if the changes are significant, send a notice to active clients via email. By continuing to use our website or services after a change, you accept the updated policy.
