Here's what we collect, why, and what we do with it. Plain language, on purpose.
We use what you share to schedule and deliver services, communicate with you, process payment, and run the business end of Hey Wendi. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for anyone else's marketing.
Payment processing: Stripe. When you pay for a Sit Down, an Open Door subscription, or a Handoff, your payment details go directly to Stripe. Stripe collects and processes that information under its own privacy policy, which you can read at stripe.com/privacy. We never see or store your full card number.
Client management and scheduling: Kinflow. We use Kinflow, a white labeled version of the GoHighLevel platform, to manage our client relationships, scheduling, and billing. It processes your contact information and business details on our behalf, to keep the work running smoothly.
We don't share your information with anyone outside of what it takes to run these services.
We keep client information as long as we need it to serve you and to meet our own recordkeeping and legal obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
You can ask us anytime to see, correct, or delete the information we have on you. Email [email protected] and we'll take care of it.
This site and our services are meant for business owners. They're not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
