This page covers the practical part of working with Hey Wendi. What you're agreeing to when you use this site or book a service. It's written in plain language on purpose. Nothing here is meant to bury you in fine print.

Who we are

Hey Wendi is Sasstastic Life, LLC, based in Windsor Heights, Iowa. Throughout this page, Hey Wendi, we, and us all mean Sasstastic Life, LLC.

The services

There are three ways to work together.

• The Sit Down. A one time, ninety minute working session, $497, paid in full before the calendar opens.
• The Open Door. An ongoing relationship, $1,500 a month, billed monthly in three month blocks. Every Open Door starts with a Sit Down.
• The Handoff. Project work, quoted and priced flat before work begins.

The specific terms for whichever service you book, including scheduling, cancellation, and refund details, live in the Client Services Agreement you sign at booking. This page covers the general terms of using the site and paying for services. If anything here conflicts with your signed Agreement, your Agreement controls.

The Open Door: how the billing works

The Open Door runs in three month blocks. Here is exactly what that means.

• It's billed monthly, at $1,500 a month, in three month blocks.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe, set up and managed through Kinflow, our client platform (Kinflow is a white labeled version of GoHighLevel).
• Each three month block renews automatically into the next three month block. It does not stop on its own.
• To decline renewal, we ask for 15 days' written notice before the end of the current block. An email to [email protected] works.
• Once a block is underway, the fees for that block are due in full. We don't issue refunds or credits for time remaining in a block, including if you stop before the block ends.
• The Sit Down and The Handoff are one time services, paid in full up front. They are not subscriptions and do not renew.

Payment

Payment is made by credit or debit card. We don't accept cash or personal checks. Fees for one time services are due before that service begins. Open Door billing works as described above.

No guarantee of results

We bring real expertise and hands on work to everything we do. We don't guarantee specific business outcomes, since so much depends on factors outside our control, including your own follow through.

Website use

This site and its content, the words, the design, the systems behind it, belong to Hey Wendi. You're welcome to read it, link to it, and use it to decide whether to work with us. Please don't copy, republish, or repurpose the content as your own.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Hey Wendi's liability for anything related to this site or our services is limited to the amount you've actually paid us. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa.

Changes to these terms

We may update this page as the business changes. The date at the top will always tell you when it was last revised.
